Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms had a vintage '70s look and felt a bit aged, but they were clean and quiet. They featured 2 queen size beds, a refrigerator, television, and microwave. The service was exceptional, with courteous and helpful staff, although a bit distracted by their phones at times. The location was nice and well-kept, with ample seating for relaxation, but there was some issue with the power plug making noise. The dining options were sub-par, with limited offerings typical of smaller hotels. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
Even though the room initially had a musty smell and was smaller than expected, the hotel staff was really helpful and accommodating. The location was nice and quiet with great pool amenities, but the dining experience was not the best due to limited and overpriced food options.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers, making it an ideal base for exploring the Kerrville area. The rooms were spacious, with a nice door leading to a small porch area towards the parking lot. The staff was helpful in accommodating our needs, although a bit more friendliness could have enhanced the experience. The dining options were good, but I wished for more variety, especially in the buffet selections. Overall, Kerrville is definitely a beautiful and cool city to discover.
